Conservative Women liked the bill as it placed nearly all power and responsibility initially in the hands of citizens (albeit only Females) and in the home. Liberal Females were attracted to this as the culmination of finally solving the problem of retrogressive male influence on society. Under this all males still residing in households of Females would be issued chastity devices totally under control of Female or Females to whom they were responsible. PENALTIES of reported male dissidence would be SEVERE! Unowned… er, that is males not related to or kept by Females would be issued devices at state centers and be given parole schedules so they might be inspected regularly.

2. 3. The second term saw the controversial but unanimously passed GIRLY Bill (Government Initiative to Restructure Learning for the Young) This seemed innocuous on the surface, as it merely stated Females and males being innately different likely needed different styles and curricula of education to develop properly. However, more strident Feminists filled the bill with riders that a few fearful opponents complained would forever reverse the balance of power, psychology, behavior and eventually even the dress of the sexes for any foreseeable future. Females were the only sex allowed physical improvement programs, while males were denied gym and barred from school sports. Domestic and Home Economics were now made male pre-requisites as they seemed alternative to males falsely developing dangerous aggressive tendencies. Slowly, more and more schools in communities even applied for extra funds offered under the School Uniform section of the bill, one requiring skirts and blouses for male students, and the choice of the same or pantsuits and ties for Females. (Again a deterrent to incurring male violence.)
